US Army lost track of $1 billion worth of arms & equipment in Iraq, Kuwait

 RT/Moscow: A newly released declassified audit from the US Department of Defense shows that negligent accounting by the military has resulted in the Pentagon not knowing what happened to more than $1 billion in arms and equipment meant for the Iraqi Army. PHILIPPINES MILITARY SETPS UP EFFORTS TO EXPEL ISIS TERRORIRSTS FROM MARAWI. 46 PEOPLE KILLED

The Philippines government has deployed army troops, special forces, attack helicopters and armoured vehicles for this task. ISIS RELEASED MORE INFO ABOUT ITS DIY ROCKET LAUNCHERS

The ISIS-linked Magazine Al-Nabaa has published an infographics containing valuable information about ISIS famous DIY rocket launchers. According to the infographics, the launchers were manufactured by the “Industrialization and Development Authority of the Islamic State ” and entered the service in 2017. They were presented as a shoulder-mounted, multi-role, one-time use rocket launcher that can be used by one fighter. According to reports, two former commanders of ISIS, “Ghassan al-Sanki” and “Mahmoud Faraj” have arrived to the area controlled by the FSA and the US Special Forces in the Syrian desert from Deir Ezzour. It is believed that “Ghassan al-Sanki” was one of ISIS most prominent commanders in the town of Al-Bukamal located near the Syrian-Iraqi border. Many ISIS fighters in Deir Ezzor are believed to be ex-FSA fighters who joined ISIS when it captured the oil fields in the area. Click to see the full-size image A new photo appeared online showing a Russian-made self-propelled 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzer with the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in Syria. The modern howitzer was supplied to the Syrian government by the Russian military. Few months ago another photo of the 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzer was circulating online. The description of the photo argued that the hoowitzer was set to be supplied to the SAA. RUSSIAN AEROSPACE FORCES DESTROYED FORMIDABLE ISIS CONVOY PREPARING TO ATTACK SYRIAN ARMY POSITIONS IN HOMS

On Thursday, the Russian Aerospace Forces and the Syrian Air Force destroyed a formidable ISIS military convoy in the province of Homs. According to the Hezbollah media wing in Syria, the convoy was moving in the direction of the Zaza triangle area with an aim to attack on government forces operating there. The incident took place at 10:30 (local time). Following this devastating blow to ISIS forces in the province of Homs, the Syrian Arab Army and its allies  liberated a large area south of the Palmyra-Homs highway, establishing a full control over the Damascus-Palmyra highway .
