On Friday, Ahrar al-Sham accused Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) of mobilizing fighters against it in strategic areas overlooking the Ahrar al-Sham headquarters in northern Syria. Ahrar al-Sham called for HTS officials to intervene quickly in order to stop attempts to turn the so-called Syrian revolution into an internal fighting. Ahrar al-Sham asserted that it would not attack or participate in any attack against HTS, but it would respond to any threat to its headquarters and important positions, even if it was under the pretext of the support to the expected Turkish intervention. Jaysh Assoud al-Sharkia announced that one of its commanders, Khaled Mahmoud Azeh, was assassinated on Friday in the Nazlat al-Siphon in Al-Dumair town in eastern Qalamoun by a unknown side. Jaysh al-Islam announced that fighters from Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), backed by Free Syrian Army (FSA) members, often from Faylaq al-Rahman, launched an attack on its positions in the Ashari farms in the Eastern Ghouta yesterday and captured the area. Jaysh al-Islam said 7 of its fighters were killed as a result of the attack, and claimed that the attack was in the same time when the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) attacked Ayn Tarma and Jobar. Russia will supply the Syrian Coastal Guard with new patrol boats and other equipment, the Shephard Military News website has reported. According to the report, the delivery of boats will begin in 2017 year and will be completed until 2019.
