US-British Neo-Imperialism and its Modern Day 'Missionaries'

The worst sort of deception is that perpetrated by those who pose as defending the most vulnerable when in reality, are leveraging their circumstances, exploiting their suffering, and in many cases, playing a direct role in perpetuating both. This is an apt description of Washington, London, and Brussels' global-spanning human rights racket - used repeatedly as a pretext for political meddling and even war. An especially cynical example of this is playing out in Southeast Asia's nation of Myanmar. With ties between Myanmar and China growing, the US and its European partners are working to pressure, co-opt, or even overthrow Myanmar's current political order which includes not only a powerful, independent military, but also a civilian government the US and UK played a direct role in placing into power. The  decades of US-UK support for Aung San Suu Kyi  - Myanmar's current State Counsellor - now hang around her and her National League for Democracy (NLD) political par...

Syrian-Russian Victory Only Way to Avenge Israeli-French Strikes

September 19, 2018  ( Tony Cartalucci - NEO ) - Western and Russian media sources have reported an alleged joint Israeli-French strike on Syria on September 17. The attack included Israeli warplanes and French missile frigates operating in the Mediterranean off Syria's coast. Amid the attack, a Russian Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft with 14 service members aboard disappeared. The attack immediately prompted commentators, analysts, and pundits to call for an immediate retaliation to the unprovoked military aggression, warning that a failure to react would leave Russia looking weak. Some commentators even called for Russian President Vladimir Putin to step down. Not the First Provocation  Yet the attack is reminiscent of  the 2015 Turkish downing of a Russian warplane  - after which similar calls for retaliation were made, coupled with similar condemnations of Russia as "weak." And since 2015, Russia's patient and methodical approach to aiding Syria in its proxy war ...

HIGH PROFILE SOUTH KOREAN DELEGATION IS NOW IN PYONGYANG. WHAT IS GOING ON?

On September 18 th , South Korean President Moon Jae-in and his close to 200-member delegation completed their first day of summit talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang, North Korea. This is the third face-to-face meeting between the Korean leaders in 2018, however, according to South Korean spokesman Yoon Young-chan it celebrated a number of firsts. Yoon told reporters that this is the first time Kim has opened a summit in Pyongyang. The military band, he added, welcomed the South Korean delegation with music usually reserved for the upper echelon of North Korea’s leadership. It was also the first time Moon and Kim walked down the red carpet at Pyongyang’s Sunan International Airport and the South Korean leader inspected North Korean troops. The two men, accompanied by their wives, embraced after Moon walked down the steps of his aircraft, before talking for a few minutes ahead of a welcome ceremony and a field gun salute, television pictures showed. CONGRESS MEMBERS DEMAND TRUMP SEEK APPROVAL BEFORE MILITARY ACTION IN SYRIA

A group of over 40 Congress members have sent President Trump a bipartisan letter reminding him that the US Constitution requires that the president seek Congressional approval before taking military action in Syria or elsewhere. Congressman Justin Amash (R-Mich.) announced via Twitter on Monday that the letter had been sent to the White House. Ironically Rep. Amash made the announcement just as Monday’s evening’s massive Israeli strike on Syria was underway , which resulted in  a downed Russian surveillance plane  carrying 14 troops amidst the confusion of missiles flying over the Mediterranean as it was hit by Syrian defense attempting to stave off the attack by Israel. While the Pentagon formally denied any US role in the strikes, it was an extremely dangerous situation with yet again the potential for serious escalation between Russia and the US and its allies. The letter was signed by a handful of Republicans including Thomas Massie, Mark...
