US ARMY COMMANDER WILL SOON VISIT COLOMBIA FUELING CONCERNS ABOUT PRE-PLANNED US MILITARY INTERVENTION IN VENEZUELA

Mark Stammer will soon arrive in Colombia,  according to local broadcaster Caracol, which cited anonymous military sources.
